IT Bridge: Connecting Hearing Impaired Students to the World
Organized by the HKIE-ITD, HKIE-Young Members Committee and The HK Association for Computer Education (HKACE), and sponsored by the ITSD. It is to enhance communications between the hearing impaired students, their teachers, and the community from outside of schools.
The program will also help to raise the public awareness about the problems and needs of the hearing impaired.

The keynote speaker Jon Bosak is the inventor of XML. Another keynote will be given by John Borras, Director of Technology Policy, Office of the e-Envoy of UK.
