BCS Mentorship Programme 2008

The Mentorship Programme 2008, being organized by the newly established Young Professionals Group of the BCS(HKS), welcomes all tertiary education students under ICT-related curriculum, or fresh graduates with less than two years work experience. The programme operates for the duration of five months; participants are encouraged to maintain their relationship after the end of this programme.

Objectives
- To provide an opportunity for ICT students and fresh graduates to understand the business environment and interact with senior ICT professionals from different fields in Hong Kong.
- To provide our young members with exposure to different fields in ICT, e.g. software development, support, networking, etc., as well as guidance to shape their career paths.
- To nurture a new generation of ICT professionals and promote sustainable development of ICT industry in Hong Kong.
